“Coulisses du Chef” 7 rue Paul Lelong 75002 Paris.

Many foreigners on holiday in Paris appreciates our formulas:

Formula 1 – Benefit from 10:00 to 13:30.

  • A tour of the market at suppliers to select products to cook
  • The cooking workshop: realization of a full menu (starter, main course and dessert)
  • The tasting of the meal with the Chef

Formula 2 -Provision from 15:00 to 17:30

Possibility also to make a pastry workshop:

  • The Pastry Workshop: construction of two pastry (macaroons and chocolate cake with caramel coulis …)
  • The tasting on site
